It is the intention of Princeton Primary and Urgent Care Center to provide the best possible health care.

To enable us to continue with the highest quality of care we need your assistance and cooperation with the following policies.

  1. All outstanding balances have to be paid prior to your next appointment. If you ahve any billing issues please call (609) 919-0009.
  2. A 72-hour prior notification is required for all referrals and prior authorizations. This office will not fax or mail these referrals to you or any Health Care Provider/Institution. It is your responsibility to know the details OF YOUR health plan (co-pays, referrals, etc.)
  3. This office will not mail, call in or fax any prescriptions to you or your mail order pharmacy. Requests for prescription refills will not be taken on weekends or holidays.

NO EXCEPTIONS WILL BE MADE

We appreciate your help in ensuring the practice operates smoothly and that all of our patients needs are met in a timely manner.
