in December 2001 by Dr. Cole. Dr. Cole will serve as Chief
Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

D. Fernando, M.D.
Dr. Chandani D. Fernando, medical director of Princeton
Primary and Urgent Care Center is a Board Certified physician
in Internal Medicine and Infectious Diseases. She completed
her residency and fellowship training at Robert Wood Johnson
University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. Dr.
Fernando was on the faculty at Robert Wood Johnson University
Hospital and then worked at Bristol-Myers Squibb as an
Assistant Medical Director providing employee health services.
She is an attending physician at Robert Wood Johnson University
hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey and at the Princeton
Medical Center. |

Dr. Reger
Dr. Reger is board certified in Internal Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital in New Brunswick, New Jersey. She has over 10 years experience in the field of primary care as well as occupational medicine. Previous work experiences include occupational health at Robert Wood Johnson at Hamilton, Assistant Medical Director at Bristol Myers Squibb and staff physician at Professional Healthcare Services of Lawrenceville. Dr. Reger is on staff at the University Medical Center at Princeton. |

Cristian
Fernandez, M.A.
Cristian Fernandez chief medical technologist at Princeton
Primary and Urgent Care Center. He is nationally certified
in medical technology. He completed training at Ultrasound
Diagnostic School in Iselin, NJ. Cristian was part of
Bristol-Myers Squibb medical department in Plainsboro,
NJ. Prior to that, he was employed by Quality Cardiology
Medical Practice in Edison, New Jersey. Cristian brings
to the practice excellent medical and interpersonal skills.
He is fluent in Spanish. |

Neil
Garvey, L.R.T.
Neil Garvey, Radiological Technologist at Princeton Primary
and Urgent Care Center. He is certified by the American
Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) and also certified
by New Jersey and New York State. He holds a Diploma in
Radiography from the College of Radiographers in London
and a certificate in Radiation Therapy Technology from
the George Washington University. Neil is presently employed
part-time at the Medical Center at Princeton and prior
to this worked at Eastside Physicians in New York. |

Clematis Hamilton
Clair is a graduate of Thompson Institute and has a diploma in Medical Office Management. She did her externship and work at University of Pennsylvania Health System.
She also has excellent triage skills, organizational skills and is able to manage a busy medical practice in an extremely competent way.
